Originally from a small town in Northeast Nebraska, Dana moved to northern Virginia in 2008, following her work on a presidential campaign. In 2016, she made Broyhill Crest her home after meeting her husband, John, a northern Virginia native. Dana is a diehard sports fan, a proud Cornhuskers fan since birth, and an avid trail enthusiast. She and John are the proud dog parents of a sweet and loving black lab, Lyric, who happens to be very protective of the Ewell St. neighborhood.

Inspired by her father’s involvement in local politics, Dana is civically minded and dedicated to her community. When she’s not cheering for her favorite sports teams, hanging with nature, or keeping an eye on Lyric, Dana enjoys exploring Virginia wine country and dabbling in singing, piano playing, and songwriting—all while excelling in her digital media and PR career.
